Established in 1986 and with some staff working in the industry for many years before, we offer a depth and breadth of experience that is hard to find elsewhere. In addition to designing and building enclosures, we offer advice and consultancy in EMC, Thermal, Shock & Vibration to name just a few.
Design
We offer a full design service, combined with over 40 years experience in helping customers get the best enclosure for their needs. Our Drawing Office is comfortable with a wide range of CAD systems including SolidWorks.
Punching
High quality precision sheet metal components are produced on our Amada 255NT punch press. This impressive machine has a brush table to reduce marking and can process sheets up to 2.5m x 1.25m x 4mm thick. This enables a fast and flexible manufacturing service from prototypes to large volume production runs.
Forming
Sheet metal components can be formed using our Amada HFE5020 press brake. This 50 ton press can form parts up to 2.2m long.
Machining
Our Production department has a wide variety of modern machines offering an extensive array of in house processes. Machining is achieved using our two VMC600 Digital Vertical Machining Centres.
Digital Printing
Digital printing enables high-quality, precise labeling, ensuring clarity and consistency across all batches. This method allows for quick customization and faster production times, making it ideal for safety-critical applications.
Paintshop & silk screening
Paintshop and silk screening services ensure your enclosure looks as good as it performs.
One stop shop
In addition to the design and manufacture of enclosures for electronics, we offer a wide range of associated services including wiring, assembly & test services.
